Happy Birthday to Gage who turns 4 on Thursday, February 18
DATES TO REMEMBER:
March 4 Teddy Bear Clinic- We NEED your permission forms returned ASAP.
March is our breakfast with Dads. Please return the form so we know how many to expect. REMEMBER, we will have breakfast in the room for everyone on Mondays and Fridays in March. Your child will NOT go to the lunchroom for breakfast.
March 12 is an early dismissal at 11:30
April 1-5 is Spring Break- NO SCHOOL
We want to thank the committee for a great
Valentine Party. It was wonderful.
Please, return your child’s library book tomorrow so your child may check out another one.
When you get the book “Shhh Don’t Wake the Children,” please send it back ASAP. We need to send it on to the rest of the class. We hope everyone has enjoyed reading the book. We have a few more people yet to see the book, so please return it as soon as possible so we can send it home with another child.
We will be sending home a stuffed puppy
next week. The children have decided to name him Sammy. Each
child will take Sammy for a couple of days. You will need to write
in the journal about the puppy’s adventures at your house. Sammy
will be placed in a backpack, please send Sammy and all his belongs
back in the backpack. More instructions will come home soon.
As you know we are collecting for the
piggy bank. If you have loose change and want to send it in
with your child, it is appreciated.
We are sending out a calendar with the alphabet letters on it. Each day Tuesday through Thursday there will be a different letter. PLEASE send something that starts with that letter to school with your child. Review the letters frequently along with the sound each letter makes. We are doing something similar with numbers and shapes. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Still collecting pop tabs. They go to the Ronald MacDonald House. If you don’t mind sending in your pop tabs, I would greatly appreciate it.
